Cross Country: Runners’ World Feature Story

In the September 2015 issue of Runners’ World, I tell the story of my first cross country in 35 years, the Cross Country Club National Championships held in Bethlehem, PA in December, 2014.

The article delves deeply into the cultish following that post-collegiate cross country races have developed and shares my discovery: why runners like me have fallen in love with cross country.
